Kendra Blake is an expert holistic health & lifestyle Occupational Therapist based in London, supporting and empowering both women and men to make positive and, most importantly, sustainable changes to their lives through daily practices.

Originally from South Africa, Kendra trained as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Cape Town and has been working in the field of mental health for over 5 years. Over the years, Kendra’s love for holistic health and wellbeing has grown, with her treatment approach supporting individuals with an array of needs including but not limited to:

Kendra specialises in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist individuals in achieving their desired wellness goals – looking holistically at an individual’s daily experience of their lives.
